Shipping & Returns

Your satisfaction with our gifts & favors is our number one priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) that were not personalized or engraved, you may return them within 10 days for a full refund (less any shipping costs). Refunds for refused shipments will only be honored if the products involved were not personalized or engraved, as they can not be resold. All items must be returned in their original condition (including their original boxes or packaging). After 10 days, we will not accept any returns.

All engraved or personalized gifts or favors are non-refundable once the product(s) are in the possession of the courier. Review your order carefully when submitting personalized information. We are not responsible for any spelling errors you may enter.

Damaged Items

Time is of the essence: Upon receipt of goods, any chips, broken items or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Claims will not be honored after this period.

Special Discounts

To prevent order abuse, any large orders that are given a manual price quote or discount may only be returned after a price adjustment. For example, you receive a special price quote for 1,000 favors and later decide to return 100 of them. Your pricing will be adjusted to 900 pcs. and you may owe money on your order not only for product price but for shipping as well (if discounted). Please do not order large quantities for a discount with plans to return them after the sale.

Glass & Ceramic Items

Due to the nature of the Glass and Ceramic production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size shape, glaze color, small bubbles, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.

Order Processing
In stock items are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days of placing your order (add 2-3 business days for personalized items). If an item is out of stock it is listed in red under the product description on that product's page. On rare occasions, items may be on back-order. In this case, you will notified that your items are on back-order and when they are expected back in stock. You will have the option to cancel your order if processing time is too long for you to wait. UPS, USPS and FedEx are used for all deliveries to United States addresses. Choice of carrier is not available. Shipping delivery takes 1 to 7 business days after leaving our warehouse for U.S. (Alaska/Hawaii may be longer) and up to 20 days for Canada. Because UPS or FedEx are sometimes used to expedite delivery do not request that your order ship to a PO Box, as FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. During peak seasons (example: Black Friday through th e Christmas Holidays) expect delays due to high order volume.
